New Year Resolutions

Happy New Year everyone! I hope 2018 gives you everything you want and more!

I know everyone makes New Years resolutions, I always have done but they are often too unrealistic and get broken, so this year I wanted to make some that I can count on and that I can (hopefully) stick to! Continue reading “New Year Resolutions”

How I edit my photos

Taking photos is a passion of mine, after I’ve taken my photos I like to get home and sort through them and use editing software to enhance them.

As you can probably tell from my Instagram feed (above!), I like to have themes for every 9 photos, my favourite app to create this is VSCO Cam.

VSCO is free to download in the app store and is definitely worth the buy.

The settings I use on a regular basis are;

Preset – A5 +12
Exposure – +1.1
Contrast – +1.4

It obviously depends on the photo and the amount of each preset and edit I want on my images, but I usually use trial and error with my editing until I find one that fits my style (at the time!). The ones above were taken in Spain during the summer so the lighting was a real help for a quick edit!

What editing software do you use? I’d love to hear your suggestions for which ones would be good to try next!

Photoset: F.R.I.E.N.D.S Fest

Could I BE more excited?!

To watch the legendary TV show F.R.I.E.N.D.S is always a good idea, so when Comedy Central announced they would be bringing back FRIENDSFEST for the third year I was on their website faster than you could say the word phalange. Continue reading “Photoset: F.R.I.E.N.D.S Fest”

Life Print Photo Printer

This is a review that I’ve wanted to do for quite a while, I was given this printer for Christmas and it’s one of the best gifts I have ever been given, now that I have fully tested it I know it’s worthy of a review.

Life print making photos special again”

Life print allows you to not only print out your photos from your phone but also your videos, yes you read that correctly, you can PRINT VIDEOS! With its unique augmented reality you can print out hyperphotos and make your images come to life. (It’s like we’re in Harry Potter or something…)

So what are the specs for the Life Print Printer?

The printer comes in at a hefty price of £134.95 and for 110 sheets of the refill paper it’s £49.95, however if you think of it, it’s a bluetooth printer so they aren’t cheap, but this is amazing for the value.

Theres an app that needs to be downloaded onto your phone that has a photo editor on it so you can make your images as personalised as you want them to be, I use mine to go into scrapbooks so I personalise them to remember the date they were taken.

This printer is a good alternative to having a polaroid type of camera where you get your photos instantly, it’s perfect for photography lovers and the people who love to have a keepsake.

If you like the look and sound of this printer, you can find it here
