From Gilmore Girls to Gilmore Girls and everything in between…
I’m not usually one for autobiographies but recently I have become quite fond of them.
I have always loved Gilmore Girls, it’s been my go to programme for so many years now, and finally towards the end of last year Netflix announced that they were making 4 new film length episodes to come out in November and they were going to put the 7 old series on there for hardcore fans to binge through to have a refresher… since then I have watched them three times over, including the four new ones!
So when I discovered Lauren Graham has released a book about her life leading up to the role of a life time and about her life afterwards I was so excited to get my hands on a copy and delve into her amazing life.
This book is full of charming stories from her life, it allows you to laugh along with her and learn about the amazing actress and person that she is.
It’s a wonderful, humour filled book of which I found myself not only giggling through it but also shedding a little tear at her diary section near to the end of the book. Reading about her true thoughts and feelings when filming Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life (but don’t worry, they were happy tears! much like hers we are led to believe…).
So if you’re a big fan of Gilmore Girls you’ll love the book, she truly is enchanting to read about.
